So many black historians have tried a variety of ways to get people to read more.
My first effort was with the book "The 100 Best Places to Kiss Smooch and snuggle with love letters in Englis, Italian, and Spanish." Every place had a short history.
I always enjoyed William Shakespeare. In order to give Bermudians a similar appreciation for his work I wrote: "Shakespeare was a Bard from BackA-Tarn" who frequented the Jamaican Grill and Hubies." In that book, you get precise of the original story and the Bermudian version, nicknames and all. I am hoping that this book about St. David's will also stimulate interest. I thank everyone who helped make it happen.
I hope you will "Read on the Days that you Eat."
